Hi (Salesperson). Just want to let you know that we love our new Ultima Visco mattress and Ergo Electric king split bed. It truly does feel like sleeping on a cloud! Having always slept on inner spring mattresses, we found it surprisingly easy to adjust to the subtle support of the Visco Elastic Memory Foam mattress. Now we look forward to a great night's sleep every night, with a very quiet mechanism to adjust the height of the pillow during the night, and to support the back for a comfy cup of tea in bed in the morning.
